What we collect, and why
When you book a $10 trial, we collect just enough to set up the lesson:
- Your name (so Yuki can greet you properly)
- Your child's age (so Yuki can plan the lesson)
- Your mobile number and email (so Yuki can confirm and remind)
- Your preferred time and lesson type
That information goes directly to Yuki via text or email. It does not pass through a third party other than your phone carrier and your email provider.
Children's information (COPPA)
Studio Yuki does not knowingly collect data from children. The booking form is for parents and guardians. The only thing we learn about a child is their first name and age, given by the parent. That information is used only to schedule and run lessons. It is never shared, sold, or used for advertising.
How long we keep things
We keep contact information for as long as your child is a student plus one year, in case you come back. After that, it is deleted from Yuki's phone and email at your request.
If you would like your information removed at any time, email yukistudiomichigan@gmail.com and we will delete everything within seven days.
Analytics
This site uses Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand how visitors find the site and how fast it loads. These tools do not use cookies, do not track you across other sites, and do not collect personal information. They count page views by anonymous, hashed identifiers.
Photos and videos of students
Studio Yuki will never post a photo or video that includes your child without your explicit written permission. If you give that permission, you can revoke it at any time and the content comes down within seven days.
Third parties
The site is hosted on Vercel. Form submissions arrive as a text message or email directly to Yuki. There is no third-party CRM, ad network, or data broker in the loop.
Your rights
You may at any time:
- Ask what information we have about you
- Ask us to correct it
- Ask us to delete it
- Opt out of any communication

Changes to this policy
If we change anything material, we will post a notice on the site and update the date below. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
